Hello and welcome to Own Your Birth with Laura! I'm SO glad you're here!
Hi there, I’m Laura. I'm 31 years old and I live in Swansea with my husband and two gorgeous children. I am very passionate about supporing pregnant people and their families to achieve a positive birth, whatever their circumstances.
I found hypnobirthing when I was pregnant during the first lockdown in 2020 and thank goodness I did. I have had two wonderful birth experiences and I fully put that down to investing time to learn and practise hypnobirthing. I truly believe that the tools and techniques I have learned through hypnobirthing are invaluable, and I want to support families and share my knowledge so that other families can have positive birth experiences too.
I am so excited that I get to empower women and support families to have a positive birth experience whatever their circumstances and birth preferences. I believe that knowledge is power when it comes to labour and birth. I feel passionately that ALL pregnant women and their birthing partners should learn about hypnobirthing. I encourage you to take that step and invest in you and your baby. You really won't regret it.
